Kluang, 5th July 2023 - He was so good at what he did that after a year of working as a salesman, he earned the nickname “super salesman”.
But somehow, Superintendant Lim Chun How could not shake the feeling something was missing from his life.
“The
sales job was rewarding. It provided me the opportunity to travel overseas and I was also promised a promotion as a branch manager.
“And after a while, the sales job became repetitive,” he said in a report in MySinchew, the English portal of Sin Chew Daily.
He then decided to take the bold move of apply to join the police force a few years ago, and was accepted.
“After becoming a police officer, I got to meet different people.
This, to me, is a great experience.
“Policemen also gain satisfaction from assisting the public,” said Superintendant Lim, who works at the Crime Prevention and Community Safety Department in Johor.
