Kuala Lumpur, 23rd November 2024 - The police have collected RM1.03 million up to 3pm yesterday from the 60 per cent discount on traffic summonses offered as part of the MADANI government's second anniversary programme.
Director of Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department, CP Dato' Sri Mohd Yusri Hj. Hassan Basri said, nearly 3,000 people had visited the payment booths, settling 11,620
traffic summonses.
“We've set up 25 counters for summonses checks and payments, including seven counters specifically for people with disabilities, senior citizens and pregnant women,” he said yesterday.
